ABOUT US

dxOmics enables health care providers and clinical institutes to rapidly introduce genome diagnostics and research using the AI-driven, cloud-enabled clinical decision support system GSvar. The GSvar platform facilitates fast and accurate NGS analysis (long and short read technologies), interpretation of genetic variants and report generation for rare genetic diseases and cancer - tested on more than 50,000 patients.

Software should be open source. But complex systems require expert support. Operate your own clinical decision support platform for genome diagnostics or research – on premise or in the cloud – with expert support and consulting by dxOmics.
